Your Vegashero account lives on the operator’s website, where you sign in and manage it directly. This independent portal does not operate the account, and we cannot access, restore, unblock or verify it.
Signing in step by step
- Open the operator’s own website.
- Use its sign-in button to open the account access page.
- Enter the e-mail address and password you chose when registering.
- Submit the details and wait for the account page to load.
If you have not registered yet, registration also takes place at the operator.
Signing in on your phone
Open the operator’s site in your mobile browser and use the same sign-in button. The account, registered e-mail address and password remain the same as those used on a desktop; a separate mobile app is not part of the sign-in process described here.
What to do when the sign-in is not working
Several common problems can stop the account page opening. Work through them in this order:
- Check the e-mail address and password. Re-enter both carefully, paying particular attention to capital letters and the keyboard layout.
- Check for caps lock. Turn it off before entering the password again.
- Try another browser or clear the current browser session. A damaged session or cached page can interfere with the sign-in page.
- Consider regional eligibility. Vegashero restricts access from a specified group of countries, so a sign-in attempt may be refused when the connection comes from a restricted location.
- Check for an account hold. A pending identity check, missing verification document or another account review can prevent access.
Getting back in after a forgotten password
Use the operator’s password-reset route on its sign-in page and request a reset link for the e-mail address used during registration. We cannot issue reset links, recover credentials or open an account on your behalf.
If that e-mail address is no longer accessible, contact the operator’s support team. Ask it to confirm the details associated with the account and explain how it can update the registered address. Support will need to carry out its own account checks before making changes.
Verification, restrictions and account holds
Some access issues are deliberate. The operator may request verification before or after a deposit and when a withdrawal is requested. Documents can include certified identification, proof of residence, proof of ownership and payment-method transaction histories, including bank or credit/debit card statements.
Requested documents must be supplied within 30 days. Verification is usually completed within 10 days after the request has been answered in full. Phone calls and face verification may also form part of the checks.
| Cause | Effect on the account |
|---|---|
| Identity or address verification pending | Access or the requested transaction may remain on hold until the documents are supplied. |
| Self-exclusion applied | The account remains closed; the restriction cannot be treated as a sign-in fault. |
| Regional restriction | Access is refused when the connection originates in a restricted country. |
| Account inactive for 180 days | A monthly administration fee of 5 EUR applies. |
Where to get help
The operator provides live chat and e-mail support, with live chat available 24/7. Contact it through the channels shown on its own website; we cannot alter your password, lift a hold, reverse a self-exclusion or review a withdrawal request.
Before contacting support, have the registered e-mail address, the approximate time the problem began and the exact message displayed on screen ready. If the issue concerns a transaction, include its reference and relevant date without sending card numbers, bank details, passwords or identity documents by e-mail.
Keeping account access secure
- Sign in only on the operator’s own website, reached by typing its address or using a bookmark you trust.
- Do not open account links from unexpected e-mails, messages or social posts.
- Use a password that is not used for e-mail, banking or another service.
- Sign out when finishing on a shared or public device.
- Do not share a password with support staff, friends or anyone offering account assistance.
Gambling should remain entertainment rather than an obligation. If signing in has become difficult to control, use the operator’s self-exclusion option or take a break. Free, confidential support is available from BeGambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Access is restricted to persons aged 18+ (18+).
